PanelWizz is a client-server system, where the data and processing routines are performed on a server and the software is loaded on each PC/Laptop.
PanelWizz is a licences product. An Initial Licence is payable at the commencement of the implementation and an Annual Licence is payable each year which allows the client to use the software commercially. A support contact is also payable for telephone and online support.
Yes. PanelWizz can be used on a range of different machines and a licence is required for each machine, even if two or more are the same make and model. The software can be loaded onto an unlimited number of PCs and Laptops. A user licence is needed for each PC/Laptop.
PanelWizz is designed to run in a MS Windows environment. The PCs/Laptops must have Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10. The operating systems supported are in line with Microsoft’s policy of product support.
The Server must run MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server.
For a minimum specification for hardware, if this is an issue, please contact us. In reality, providing they are reasonable modern PCs/Servers with current MS software, PanelWizz will run of it.
A majority of our clients use PanelWizz to run their flat-bed routers of various makes, models and sizes but the software can also be used to program Vertical Saws, Laser Routers and Turret Punch Presses.
We are also not manufacturer limited and our software is currently being used on a number of different makes of machine.
We are based in the UK and, in the main, our support is during normal office hours in the UK of Mon-Fri 9-5.30pm. We offer email, telephone and dial-in support.
We also have our Consultant Manager on the eastern side of Canada and he can often offer 1st line support for North America clients. There may also be times, especially for Australasia, where the time difference is better.
However, getting any problems sorted is our only priority and we regularly take calls and do dial-in support in the UK evenings and if necessary at weekends. Call us to discuss if you have specific requirements.
